The established Hogatex Fenner AG in 1991 as a joint venture between the Hogatex GmbH and AG Fenner computer science, both longtime rivals on the hotel's IT market. Since over 15 years, the Hogatex consists Fenner AG successfully on the Swiss market as a distributor of the Amadeus Hospitality and its products.
